A gallery of crossfit images shot at Evolution Performance gym in Belmont, CA (previously Vis Barbell). The coolest part about this gym is the friendly encouragement from the coaches and members. It’s a positive environment when everyone is there for the sake of fitness. Newbies put in their work right along side competitive athletes, and everyone seems to obey the first house rule – “Leave your ego at the door.” I was there covering the morning crowd. Who needs coffee at home when you can drink a cup of burpees with your friends, or have a camera pressed in your face while hitting a few squats (thanks Juliet).
